The product to be built would allow Nerdot to service thousands of daily on-the-field service requests for over 18,000+ businesses and adhere to tight Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Nerdot was looking to take on the digital B2B logistics space but needed the tech to back them up.
Nerdot looks to show the simple side of technology; problem-free and stress-free.

We worked hand-in-hand with the Nerdot team to establish how the process of the operation was going to work and at the same time, established the specifications that would determine the different tech products required to support the different elements of that operation; field service, supervision of the operations, and client requests.
We partnered with our UX team to produce high fidelity prototypes that allowed us to test our hypotheses with real users and confirm the specifications we put together based on our understanding of the operation.
Given the time sensitivity of this project and the make or break condition of accepting it, we put a team together with our most experienced engineers which, with their direct acceptance of the challenge, worked tirelessly to get it done. For context, this build required three products: a mobile application with offline capabilities for field service, a control center that would allow Nerdot’s team to monitor and control the field, as well as a client application that would allow clients to initiate service requests.
A week before schedule, our work was completed and we accompanied the Nerdot team while the products were deployed to the field.
