En este caso, tu manager.<\/p>\n<p>La siguiente duda ser\u00eda, \u00bfc\u00f3mo puedo conseguir que sean respondidas mis preguntas y tener un seguimiento de ellas? La respuesta es las reuniones uno a uno (1on1).<\/p>\n<p>En las sesiones 1on1 deber\u00e1s ser lo m\u00e1s sincero posible con tu manager, dici\u00e9ndole lo que sientes y explic\u00e1ndole todo lo que deseas lograr. Solamente as\u00ed \u00e9l\/ella podr\u00e1 ayudarte a trazar el camino y guiarte a que puedas cumplirlo. Una observaci\u00f3n que puedes tomar en cuenta es, no pensar que tu l\u00edder har\u00e1 el trabajo por ti. Ser\u00e1 tu\u202fgu\u00eda,\u202fpero si no decides dar tu mayor esfuerzo pues no tendr\u00e1s el resultado que esperas.<\/p>\n<p>Los 1on1 son esenciales para tu evoluci\u00f3n como profesional. Se traducen a una manera de crecer o avanzar en tu \u00e1rea con la finalidad de que, de manera exitosa, puedas conquistar nuevos niveles como experto. Esto no es una regla escrita en piedra, ya que pueden presentarse problemas, pero en caso de que suceda, es bueno intentar no extenderla m\u00e1s de 1 hora.<\/li>\n<li>Debes dejarles saber que no deben esperar a que llegue la fecha propuesta para el 1on1.
