Nos unimos al mismo tiempo que el nuevo CTO de Hello Alfred en 2017 y adoptamos r\u00e1pidamente la cultura y los principios de ingenier\u00eda de la compa\u00f1\u00eda para alinearnos a la visi\u00f3n. Ten\u00edamos mucho que lograr en poco de tiempo. En pocas semanas, igualamos la productividad.<\/p>\n

Desde entonces, hemos contribuido en el desarrollo y las versiones de lanzamiento del panorama de aplicaciones de Alfred, hemos ayudado a migrar la tecnolog\u00eda heredada a un stack de JavaScript coherente, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n, cuando fue necesario, apoyamos las necesidades de DevOps y Business Analytics.<\/p>\n

Creemos que lo que no se mide no se puede cambiar. Como parte de la ejecuci\u00f3n del flujo de trabajo, recopilamos datos sobre ingenier\u00eda y de garant\u00eda de calidad de rendimiento. Esto se traduce en el seguimiento del n\u00famero de veces que los boletos se devuelven en la etapa de control de calidad (QA) y en la etapa de pruebas de aceptaci\u00f3n del usuario (UAT), que a su vez nos permiten identificar situaciones de rendimiento que est\u00e9n fuera de la norma.<\/p>\n
